What started off in 1998 when Debbie Deegan promised a child that she would come back to hug and kiss them has grown into a successful charity doing life-changing work with thousands of orphaned and abandoned children across the Russian Federation! Buildings have been rebuilt, care and education programs developed, staff hired and children loved! To Russia with Love has helped over 5,000 abandoned and orphaned children in the Bryansk region of Western Russia and further across the Russian Federation through education and development programs.
